Gate of Hope supported a mobile phone repair training program delivered in collaboration with Shafaq Social Service & Welfare Organization. The program combined classroom instruction with supervised practical work, giving participants the opportunity to understand both the principles of mobile technology and the techniques used in real repair settings.
During the theoretical component, participants studied phone components, common hardware and software faults, diagnostic procedures, workplace safety, and the correct use of specialist tools. This foundation prepared them to approach repairs methodically rather than relying on trial and error.
The practical sessions allowed participants to work directly with repair equipment, circuit boards, precision tools, and diagnostic devices. Under guidance, they practised identifying faults and applying careful repair techniques in a structured workshop environment.
